The hotel features spacious rooms with expected amenities. I found the pool, steam room, and bar to be quite enjoyable. Bar meals were tasty and a diverse range of alcoholic beverages was available. The room's temperature control worked well, and the bathroom was clean with a modern shower.
I experienced a small delay during check-in and my room was not fully prepared, yet the customer relations team addressed these concerns promptly and professionally after my stay.

the room was spacious and very clean. the front desk staff proved helpful. i appreciated phoebe and gareth and their focus on. the attention to detail was excellent. the restaurant has some awesome food.
i had a room on the ground floor, it was noisy and it was not a good experience. the noise came from the air conditioning system. it was an issue i would like them to fix.

the room was a really good size and very clean. the bed was enormous and comfortable. i had coffee and tea facilities in the room with water and biscuits that were refreshed every day.

The room was spacious. The ensuite bathroom was clean. The staff were friendly and polite . Breakfast had a very good choice. Staff regularly offered coffee refills.
The pool was cold . The hot tubs were overcrowded. The grill bar prices seemed very high, i thought. Doors slammed often at night.
