Vale Resort, Hensol

I had a lovely break at this hotel, taking advantage of a special anniversary offer. The rooms were excellent and the staff made us feel very welcomed. However, the pool experience left much to be desired, with cold water and a rather hidden jacuzzi. The dining was delightful overall, but some improvements could be made on the variety of breakfast options. Overall, I appreciate the value offered, but a few adjustments could elevate this stay to perfection.
